Well this is one of my most difficult recaps because I had such a blast this weekend that I forgot to document everything,  Therefore I am waiting for pictures and scrambling to find thigs I misplaced along way.  Well I can tell you this;

The INDY 500 experience is great and its getting better. 

I also have one word for Kentucky Derby, CUIDADO!  It seems to rain every year for at Derby for some reason, and yeah it has more deep rooted history, but aint nothing like that oval and my favorite noise vrrrrrrrrrrooooom! That gas guzzling heart pumping rage of energy that you get from the track is priceless.  In my opinion, its far more exciting than the gallop of the horse and yes it is again becoming quite the star studded affair, less the fancy shmancy outfits with the hats, old money, and animals from the farmland.  Don't get me wrong I LOVE Kentucky Derby, however, I just wanna iterate how amazing the Indy 500 truly is.  We are merely trading the piles of manuer and blue grass, for the smell of ethanol, oil, and rubber on concrete. The garage, a place that both Hoosiers, Kentuckians and people from all over the world are all too familiar with. 

For all you city slickers, dont let me make you think we are all a bunch of hillbillies following a hillbilly sport.  Because the Indy 500 experience is truly a swanky affair driven by a diverse class of sportsman from all over the world.  Ask the 2010 Indy 500 winner, and husband of Ashley Judd, Dario Franchitti, who is Italian.   Racing culture is the epitome of luxury and lifestyle worldwide.  I can go all over the world naking the various backgrounds of drivers in the race, but at the end of the day I know for a fact IZOD is driving the Indy 500 into the spectacle it once was and will continue to be for years to come.  Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines!   Get ready for the RACE TO THE PARTY!  The Indianapolis 500 is feeling like T.I. coming fresh off of a bid. "I'm Baaaack!"

Kentucky Derby 2010

This years derby rained like you wouldn't believe. And if my memory serves me correct it has rained the last few years Derby weekend in Louisville however this by no means would prevent myself or any of my friends from having an absolute blast!  At any rate this
weekend was a dream come true because I always wanted to spin at Derby. 

So Friday night we did our thing for the 2nd year in a row with Greenhouse NYC at Prime Lounge. Funny thing is Jon B. and Barry actually made it out to the bluegrass state this year.   This party was wonderful with local DJ K Dogg, DJ Eye, and of course DJ Vice. 

This party was pretty good lots of celebs ended up showing up like; Ray Lewis, Pepper from Salt and Pepper, Joey Fatone, Guy Fieri, Terrell Owens, Vanessa Manillo, Nick Lachey, Darren Sharper, and Warren Moon the list goes on.

Saturday night my new manager J. Buckner got me booked at the First Annual Fluer De Lys event. 

This event was truly special indeed Chris Rich wth Rich Events put in overtime for this one.  One hundred percent of the proceeds went to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation.   I shared the turntables with Louisvilles own DJ Fluid, who was cooler than a polar bears toe nail.   

Talk about the great time I ended up going with some of my best friends and really made a wonderful DJ'ing debut at Kentucky Derby.   I believe this will be a building block for Derby next year. Here are some of the photos from the Fluer De Lys event.
